What is WordPress Hosting?
It is hosting prepared for WordPress websites, combining WordPress installation and management tools with hosting resources, email, security and backup features. This plan family uses Plesk and WordPress Toolkit.
What is AI-Powered WordPress Hosting?
The current WP 17 plan family adds AI tools for website creation and management, including AI-assisted site building, writing, image generation and AI Agent capabilities.
Which plans are available?
WP 17 AI Beginner, AI Business, AI Ecommerce and AI Ultimate. They scale from 40GB NVMe and 30 websites up to 360GB NVMe and unlimited websites.
Is a free domain included?
Under current upstream terms, Business provides a free domain for the first year on eligible annual or triennial billing; Ecommerce and Ultimate can include a lifetime domain under eligible billing. Beginner is excluded. Premium domains are excluded.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
The current upstream terms state a 100-day money-back guarantee for Business, Ecommerce and Ultimate, excluding Beginner. Refund conditions and excluded fees apply.
How are backups handled?
Beginner currently includes weekly backup. Business, Ecommerce and Ultimate include daily backups with a 14-day cycle. Restoration is subject to the upstream backup terms and best-effort recovery conditions.
What WordPress management features are included?
WordPress Toolkit supports installation, bulk updates, staging, security scanning, backup and restore, cloning, automatic updates, WooCommerce, Jetpack and Elementor support.
Does it include business email?
Yes. The current plans list unlimited email accounts, with mailbox space shared within the plan storage. Email protocols, webmail, filtering, anti-spam and virus scanning are included.
Can I upgrade later?
Upgrades or downgrades are available subject to the upstream provider's current process and resource availability. HostPro can coordinate the request with you.
Who handles support?
HostPro can provide first-line assistance and reseller coordination. Platform, infrastructure and provider-side incidents may be escalated to the upstream Exabytes technical support environment.
