What You Generally Need to Incorporate a Private Limited Company.

According to the current upstream incorporation page, the minimum setup includes a resident director, a shareholder, a licensed company secretary and minimum capital of RM1. Foreign ownership is possible, but at least one director must reside in Malaysia.
